These terms and conditions explain how the Credits Model works and outline the rules for using our services. By accessing or using our platform, you accept these terms in full.
Description of Services
We offer subscription-based credits that allow you to access the gym.
User Responsibilities
- •Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date.
- •Do not create multiple accounts.
- •Do not share your subscription or credits with others.
- •Use credits responsibly and follow all booking rules.
Credit Plans
- •Credits are assigned at the start of your plan and are valid for the plan duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
- •Auto-renewal is ON by default and can be turned off anytime.
- •Turning off auto-renewal keeps your credits valid until plan expiry, but no renewal will happen after expiry.
- •Users can top up with extra credits anytime; top-up credits expire with the next cycle.
- •Check-in uses credits instantly; each gym has its own credit cost per visit.
- •During the 7-day grace period after expiry: You can reactivate the same plan or migrate to a new plan, rolling over unused credits.
Existing Plan Holders
If you have an active plan (Starter, Athlete, Champion, Legends), you may continue using it until it expires.
Policies and Legalities
Content Monitoring
We may monitor or remove content you submit if it violates policies or others' rights.
Changes to Services
We may update, change, or remove offers, plans, or features anytime without prior notice.
Disclaimer
- •We aim for uninterrupted service but can't guarantee no errors or downtime.
- •We are not liable for losses caused by service use, downtime, or unauthorized access.
Liability
- •You are liable if you misuse the platform, impersonate others, or violate laws.
- •We follow applicable laws regarding abuse, data misuse, or fraud.
Account Deactivation
- •We may deactivate your account anytime without prior notice if there's misuse.
- •You can request account deactivation anytime.
Language
These terms are in Arabic and/or English. Arabic prevails if there's a conflict.
