Permanently remove your Rings account and all associated data
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Rings account from the mobile app:
- Open the Rings mobile app on your device
- Navigate to Profile → Support & Help
- Tap on 'Delete My Account'
- Type 'DELETE' to confirm and complete the deletion process
⚠️ Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, please be aware:
- • All your personal information will be permanently deleted
- • Your plan will be canceled immediately with no refunds
- • Your visit history and check-in records will be lost
- • You will lose access to any active plans or remaining credits
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- • Profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- • Plan history and payment records
- • Gym visit history and check-in records
- • Saved favorite gyms and preferences
- • QR codes and NFC bracelet associations
- • All app settings and preferences
